3rd Session of the Constitutional Commission`s Territorial Organization Sub-Committee Held
The Constitutional Commission's Territorial Organization Sub-Committee held the third session on June 10, 2003, at 15.00 h.
The Constitutional Commission's Territorial Organization Sub-Committee held the third session on June 10, 2003, at 15.00 h. Mr. Nenad Canak presided over this session.
On behalf of the Council of Europe, this session was attended by Mr. Vladan Joksimovic.
Suggestions on the Republic of Serbia territorial organization, submitted by the Sub-Committee members, Messrs. Nenad Canak, Branislav Kovacevic, Milorad Stanulov, Miodrag Isakov, Milos Lukic and Bosko Ristic together with Ms. Jelena Jevtic, were discussed at this session. Concerning the suggestions submitted, it was decided to get, before the next session, the mutual solutions singled out in order to enable the Sub-Committee start a hearing on differences.
